Terms of Service

Last updated 18 June 2026

These terms govern enrolment in the Sovereignty programme (“the Programme”), provided by Kings Piece Ltd, registered office 9 Newland House, Timperley Gardens, RH1 2AR, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). By submitting an application or making payment, you (“you”, the “participant”) agree to these terms.

1. What’s included

2. Fees & payment

The fee for the Programme is £299, payable either as a single upfront payment or as 3 instalments of approximately £100. Payment is processed via Stripe, outside this website, using a payment link we send you directly.

If you choose the instalment plan, this is a financing arrangement for the full £299 fee, not pay-per-session billing. Remaining instalments stay due even if you stop participating, except where our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.

3. Your licence to the material

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the curriculum for your own development. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish any part of the Programme. All intellectual property in the curriculum, the portal, and supporting materials remains the property of Kings Piece Ltd.

4. Calls & scheduling

We make best efforts to offer suitable times for your discovery, onboarding, and one-to-one calls. If you need to reschedule, please give as much notice as you reasonably can.

5. Not a substitute for professional care

The Programme is personal-development coaching. It is not therapy, counselling, psychiatric treatment, or medical advice. See our full Disclaimer for details, including what to do if you are in crisis.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to apply, and the information you give us on the application form must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.

7. Ending the relationship

Either of us may end the coaching relationship at any time. What happens to your access and any outstanding payments is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Liability

We provide the Programme with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you in connection with the Programme is capped at the fees you have paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
