Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data the Sovereignty programme (“the Programme”, “we”, “us”) collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. It applies to the application form, the member portal at sovereign.kingspiece.co.uk, and the coaching relationship that follows.

The work you do here is deeply personal. We treat it that way. We collect only what the Programme genuinely needs, we do not sell your data, and we never use it for advertising.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Kings Piece Ltd, registered office 9 Newland House, Timperley Gardens, RH1 2AR, United Kingdom, operating the Sovereignty programme. You can reach us at bradleydr@kingspiece.co.uk for any privacy question or request.

2. What we collect

• Application details — your name, email, and the answers you give on the application form (including reflections on your patterns, beliefs, and goals).
• Onboarding & intake — the responses you give before and during the programme, and any onboarding conversation.
• Your work in the portal — module progress, daily check-ins, section and module notes, exercise responses, and your personal neural-map nodes and connections.
• Future Self conversations — the messages you exchange with the AI “future self” feature, and a rolling private summary built from them, used only to make that feature more useful to you.
• Account & technical data — your login credentials (handled by our authentication provider) and the essential session cookie that keeps you signed in.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To assess your application and decide whether the Programme is the right fit — on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form.
• To deliver and personalise the Programme — including tailoring module guidance and the Future Self feature to your situation — on the basis of performing our contract with you.
• To communicate with you about your application, access, and sessions.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal effects, and we never use it for advertising or profiling for third parties.

4. Who processes it on our behalf

We use a small number of trusted providers (“processors”) to run the Programme. They act on our instructions only:

• Supabase — secure database, authentication, and storage of your account and programme data.
• Anthropic — provides the AI model behind the Future Self feature, the onboarding conversation, and mentor-note assistance. Your messages are sent to Anthropic to generate replies; they are not used to train their models.
• Vercel — hosting and delivery of the website.
• Google (Gmail) — sending transactional email (application confirmations, access invitations).

Where any provider processes data outside the UK/EEA, that transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as you are a participant and for a reasonable period afterwards so you retain access to your work and we can meet our legal obligations. If your application is unsuccessful, we keep it only as long as needed to manage the cohort, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time (see your rights below).

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Have inaccurate data corrected.
• Have your data erased (“the right to be forgotten”).
• Receive an export of your data in a portable format.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on it.

To exercise any of these, email bradleydr@kingspiece.co.uk. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies — the session cookie that keeps you securely signed in. We do not use advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies, so there is nothing to opt in or out of.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
